Today, the business is led by owner and jewelry designer James Matero, a Graduate Gemologist (G.I.A.) who apprenticed under his grandfather at age 13 and has since mastered the industry's most advanced CAD software, 3D printing technology, and in-house casting—giving Jaymark complete control over the custom design process. Alongside James, our team brings over a century of combined expertise: Sales Manager Marissa Gordon offers 23 years of jewelry experience and certifications in Diamontology and Gemology, while lead bench jeweler Ranulfo Velez honed his craft at Tiffany & Co. before bringing his exceptional skills to Jaymark for the past 18 years.
