Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely in love with your ready-to-wear purchase, you may return it to Jaymark Jewelers for a full refund within 7 business days of purchase or if it is a gift, 7 business days from when gift was received. Please indicate at time of purchase when gift is being presented. Any item must be in the original box in new, never worn condition. Should items require repair or refinishing, a restocking fee may apply.

An item may be returned for store credit within 14 business days of purchase or gift presentation.  Please indicate at time of purchase when gift is being presented. Jewelry that has been custom designed, made-to-order or modified (including ring sizings and chain shortenings) can not be returned or exchanged.
