Jim: Owner, Graduate Gemologist, Master Goldsmith

Jim started his apprenticeship at the age of 12 under his grandfather, Jaymark Jewelers’ founder, Simon Karagozian.  Jim has 45 years of experience creating, designing, and sourcing fine gems and jewelry. Jim is the reason Jaymark Jewelers left the Stone Age and entered the Computer Age, streamlining production, and creating the best client experience the Hudson Valley has to offer.  Jim became a Graduate Gemologist in 1981.  His most recent venture brought the Jewelry Medic to the Hudson Valley.
