I just placed my order, when will my jewelry arrive?

Each of our fine jewelry fashion pieces are made to order. Each one typically ships in 5-8 business days (or sooner!) from the date it was ordered. Once we have shipped your order you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can track your package through the US Postal Service website.

What if I am not there to sign for my package?

All of our packages are shipped with SIGNATURE REQUIRED. This means someone needs to be present to sign for the package.


What if my jewelry doesn’t arrive?

Please track your package through using the tracking number you were e-mailed. For more detailed tracking you can always call your local post office.


Can I get my jewelry faster?

Please contact us and we will try our best to expedite your purchase. Special requests can sometimes be fulfilled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our team. There may be an expedition fee associated with the order. Please call 845-265-9246.

How do I return an order for exchange, return or resizing?

Please contact us by e-mail to receive your Shipping Return Authorization (RA) and your free US Postal Service shipping label. Write your RA on the outside of the package.

Your package must include:

  • All original merchandise in unworn, unused, unmodified condition.
  • All original packaging and accompanying materials such as packing slip, care card etc
  • For resizing you do not have to include accompanying materials


When do I get my refund?

Your money will be refunded to you in the manner of original payment within one billing cycle of the return.


Return shipping Instructions

-All jewelry items must be double boxed. Meaning please secure your jewelry inside its box. Place this inside a shipping box (small US Postal Service Priority boxes are a good size!). Then place the small US Postal Service Priority box inside a US Postal Service Priority Mail Express box.

-Attach the label to the outside of the Priority Mail Express box.

-DO NOT write jewelry anywhere on the outside of the package.

-DO write your RA on the outside of the package.

-You must go to a Post Office to drop off your package. Jaymark is not responsible for any packages left at mailboxes or left for the postal pick up.

-Please request a receipt when you drop off your package. Keep this as proof of shipment.

-Your RA is valid for 7 days, if it has expired please e-mail for a new one.


Any items that have been worn, engraved, customized, sized, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return. Once we have received your item our jewelers will inspect and verify it. You will receive an e-mail when your item has been approved for return/exchange.
